Cynthia G. Peacock, MBA, Co-Founder & President

Cynthia Peacock co-founded Biz Virtuoso in 2006, and oversees Biz Virtuoso client services and operations. Ms. Peacock brings nearly a decade of strategy and management consulting experience with a wide diverse knowlege of various industries. Prior to Biz Virtuoso, as a consultant for various management consulting firms, she advised clients in the financial, not-for-profit, and public sector in process development and improvement strategies.  This experience, her formal education and committment to constantly learned helped to form the groundwork for the development of The Virtuoso Model.™  Along with her team of "Virtuosos" Ms. Peacock grew this business development and strategy model that could be implemented effectively whether a client is a larger institution, non-profit organization, and/or small to medium business.  

Passionate and committed to making consulting services and expert guidance accessible to the firms of our future, Ms. Peacock was instrumental in focusing Biz Virtuoso's consulting process in building more successful and sustainable small to medium sized businesses throughout the New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Washington DC.

Ms. Peacock has a MBA in Organizational Behavior, and a double undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Biology. She is currently in the final stages of publishing her first booked named "The 49 Day Virtuoso".

Wanda E. Flowers, Esq, Co-Founder & Executive Vice President

Co-founder Wanda Flowers has over 30 years organizational strategy, managment development, human resources strategy, and labor and employment law experience. Mrs. Flowers brings her expertise to Biz Virtuoso due to the company's belief that "human capital" and effective leadership is at the core of all sustainable businesses. 

Wanda served as Assistant General Counsel for Sunoco, Inc., where she was responsible for federal, state and local labor and employment law compliance. She also worked with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Philadelphia for 17 years, including five years as Regional Attorney. 

Wanda received her Juris Doctorate of Law from UCLA, and holds a Master’s degree in English.
